Tellicherry peppercorns are considered as the most prized variety of black pepper due to its complex flavor profile, which includes woodsy and citrus notes. It comes from Malabar, India where black pepper originated from. Only the ones bigger then 4 mm are collected to qualify for the name tellicherry.
